The project was designed to prioritize pedestrian mobility on the ground floor, with a layout that crosses the block in two directions. The mixed-use program integrates residential towers with a sports complex, a day center, and an active commercial ground floor comprising a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, and cafes.
The architectural highlight is the oval-shaped metal walkway that connects the different towers through wooded greenhouses.
